Wessex Land & Estates is run by Andrew Solman who has over 25 years experience in the commercial real estate market.

After completing a degree in Land Administration at the University of East London, Andrew started working for major west end agency practice, Edward Erdman, where he gained experience working for many of the countries largest retailers, landlords & developers before moving on to speciality retail practice Blair Kirkman as an associate Director.

After 10 years working in retail agency, Andrew moved on to direct development and in 1996 formed Wessex with his father, Geoff, who was previously property director of C & J Clark and founding partner of Pengap Estates.
